RE-ELECT JUDGE RODERICK G. DAVIS
Judge Roderick G. Davis is pleased to announce that he will seek re-election to the Mecklenburg County District Court Bench.
Since being elected by the citizens of Mecklenburg County in November 2022, Judge Davis has diligently, thoughtfully and fairly approached each decision made during his first term. Judge Davis seeks your vote and continued support as he files for re-election. Prior to taking the bench in January 2023, Judge Davis was in private practice in Mecklenburg County for over 17 years. His practice consisted primarily of state and federal criminal defense, civil litigation, and business law.
Career
Presided in the criminal, family, civil, and domestic violence courtrooms and currently serves as the DWI STEP Court Judge.
Family
Judge Davis, along with his wife and their two daughters, have resided in Mecklenburg County for over 20 years.
Education
A proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and the North Carolina Central University School of Law.
